Corned Beef Pie

The meat (Pulled Corned Beef) for this pie has been slow cooked as a roast. After roasting this moist tender Corned Beef is combined with freshly mashed Potato, mixed Vegetables, and a Cheesy lightly peppered White Sauce.

Baked as a deep dish pie in our own rolled pastry as a single serve. However could be considered a convenient complete meal.

We consider this pie to be part of our Gourmet Range, meaning it is limited batch’s and stocks, normally only available in the cooler months between Easter and September School Holidays.

 

Puff Dog

Some people refer to these as “Smokies”, “Smokey’s”, or “Smoky’s”.

So anyhow what we call a “Puff Dog” is a 8 inch Vienna (hotdog) Sausage with Shredded Ham and “Aussie Jack” Cheese wrapped around, encased by our Bakery rolled Puff Pastry.

We don’t add any sauce or sauces to these before baking, however your welcome to select complementary sauce at time of purchase.
