Our trading hours are 7am to 1.30pm both Saturday and Sunday.
The only Sunday’s we are closed are Easter Sunday and the Sundays directly after Christmas Day and up to when school resumes in the new year. or if a Public holiday happens to fall on a Sunday.
Along with the variety of Baked Foods we offer, it nearly goes without saying, that we also offer a selection of Cold Drinks.
As well as Soft drinks and Energy Drinks, we also have a selection of Dairy Farmers Milk Drinks, Fruit Drinks and Juices.
If we don’t have your preferred brand or flavour, perhaps the neighboring “Friendly Grocer” will.
Perhaps you want a Pie or Sausage Roll, but someone else wants a Burger, or Fish and Chips. That’s OK, “Uncle Bill’s Takeaway” is close by as well.
We offer a variety of Sweet Dessert Slices, although our full range is not always available for immediate pick up. If you are planning a function, an order in advance will ensure the choices you wish will be available.

Baked, Condensed Milk, or Fromage styles are the basic of variety we offer.
We generally have 2 versions in our range. This being what we call “French Vanilla”, and the other is what we consider an “Australian Vanilla” (Snot Bloc) (sic).

These Vanilla Custard treats are a must try.
Using our own Shortbread Tart Shells, pour filled above the brim with a “no egg” Custard recipe.
We generally have 3 different sizes:- Treat, Snack, and Family.

Just like the Lamington, what we consider to be an Australian Icon. We are sure there could be quite an argument of where the vanilla slice originated.
Regardless, we feel it doesn’t matter where it came from. If you are reading this, most likely all that matters is where you can get one.
Consisting of a layer of firm Vanilla Custard, (hence why it gets the tag “Engine Mount”, Snot Block”, “Phlegm Cube”, and the list seems to go on) Sandwiched between two layers of our own rolled Puff Pastry.
A layer of our whipped Icing on top creates a flavour to be sought.
Just to clarify, French Vanilla slice is one of our lines as well. Using a different custard recipe, more layers of our rolled Puff Pastry and a Sugar Fondant topping instead of a whipped sugar icing.
Done in a classic German style, we make our Bee Stings using our own sweet dough recipe, filled with Fresh Custard Cream and topped with Almond flakes.
We offer two sizes to enjoy.
One size for the individual, and one that is ideal to share around with Friends or Family.
