Ginger Bread Biscuit

An all time favourite of our customers (and ours) are our Hand Decorated Ginger Bread “People”.

Using our own recipe incorporating Fresh Eggs, Australian Wheat Flour (unbleached) (http://benfurney.com/), and Australian Cane Sugar, and Australian Cane Syrup.

We bake this product in small batch lots to ensure product freshness.

Also the big news with these biscuits, is that they are now made adhering to the “Gluten and Allergen Digested” protocols set out by Biohawk using “Biohawk Relief (natural digestion aid)”. http://www.biohawk.com.au/

Focaccia

These tasty treats are normally offered with toppings of

Australian Feta and Spinach,

Sundried Tomato, Capsicum, and Olives,

Ham, or

Ham and Pineapple.

All topped off with a generous coating of “Aussie Jack” Cheese.

Just to add more flavour our Bread Base is made using Sun dried Tomato infused Olive Oil.

 

Bee Sting (Bienenstich)

Done in a classic German style, we make our Bee Stings using our own sweet dough recipe, filled with Fresh Custard Cream and topped with  Almond flakes.

We offer two sizes to enjoy.

One size for the individual, and one that is ideal to share around with Friends or Family.

Not forgetting just like our Bread, and Bread Rolls. Our Buns are made Fresh Daily

Gluten Digested Bread

Our next batch of “Gluten Digested Bread” products that will be baked for pick up Wednesday morning the 25th of October 2017.

Orders close on Monday the 23rd at 4.30 PM.

As well as the Breads, Fruit Buns, Cream (mock) Buns, Apple Pies (Family and small) are being baked.

Vanilla Slice, also our range of scones.

The Fruit Buns and Scones are ordered as a pack of six, the cream are in four packs.

Your choice of bread is not just limited to White Bread. Multi-Grain (pre softened grains), Wholemeal, Wholegrain, and Sourdough may be ordered also.

As well as Loaves, Bread Rolls (Lunch, Hamburger, or Hotdog)  may be ordered.

Not only are these products “Gluten Digested”, other “Food Intolerance’s” are addressed as well. All the product has been treated with accordance to, and with Biohawk’s cooperation and instruction.

Like our other bread products, we use Australian Flour that has not been chemically bleached. With Gluten Digested Breads we employ a more traditional technique (similar to sourdough), which allows the dough to “develop” naturally without adding improver .  The Fruits and Grains have also been treated to address a whole scope of food allergen reactions.

Just a little about ourselves

We offer a range of Breads, Pies, Sausage Rolls, Dessert Slices, Cakes, Sandwiches and Salad Rolls.

Our meat for our pies and sausage rolls is sourced fresh from a local butcher.

The pastry for our pies and sausage rolls is mixed and rolled onsite.
